Word & Buyer Ltd is a completely independent property buying agent, concentrating particularly on Italy.
Our focus is on sourcing prime properties for HNWI and UHNWI, whether it be for residential use, such as lakeside villas, country estates or palazzi in historic centres, or properties for commercial use, boutique hotels and vineyards, for example, or castles with leisure industry potential.
Although being a UK-based company, we work for an international mix of clients, coming from London through to Hong Kong. With 15 years of continuous contact with Italy, we draw upon an established network of trusted contacts in order to source property for residential and commercial use.
As a member of AIPP, we have been vetted and approved by this respected non-profit industry body, and are committed to following and being bound by its Code of Conduct.
