The property search process is as follows:
An initial meeting; an opportunity for the buyer to determine if we are suitable for their needs, and for us to understand whether the budget/property request is realistic. This is true for both residential and commercial property.
The client retains us to act exclusively in their behalf to locate a property to purchase, and to accompany them through the purchase/relocation process.
A definitive search brief is developed and agreed upon.
The search process begins, involving a significant amount of location work, personally visiting, assessing and selecting properties with constant feedback to the client. Property is sourced from an unrestricted number of sources (personal contacts, word of mouth, developers, agents, and so on), which have been established and proved trustworthy over time.
A viewing trip is arranged, where we accompany the client to the shortlisted properties.
Post viewing trip: initial research is conducted into costs, as well as any preliminary structural, zoning issues, etc., on any of the potential properties.
The purchase process: we work with and liaise with relevant professionals (architects, engineers, lawyers, and so on) on behalf of or along with the buyer, as requested.
