Our objective is to make the process of buying property in Italy, which may be unfamiliar, as simple and trouble-free for the buyer as possible, whether our client is buying a residential or commercial property.
With 'on the ground' knowledge of the areas we work in, we are able to advise the client on both the right area and type of property for their needs.
Once the property brief has been developed, we do the work, actively searching locations and inspecting specific properties.
We arrange and accompany the client on viewing trips of properties we have shortlisted from the many we have personally visited on behalf of our client.
We work with and on behalf of the buyer in the buying process, from beginning to end. We have never been retained and not found the property requested.
